the solidity of our model depends on keeping our promises towards clients; this in turn depends on living up to our commitments towards our associates;
  • Quality:
the entire organization aims to favour the development of talents: strict selection process at the recruitment stage, genuine training relation,  stimulating additional education, promoting academic activities and teaching,  attractive remuneration, good working conditions, periodic evaluations, positions with a real future;
  • Responsibility:
working at Praetica means being responsible immediately: you will handle files (under supervision), you will be in direct contact with the client and you will effectively take part in the process of making file decisions.
  • In-depth recruitment interviews:
far from being limited to a single interview, the recruitment interviews include several encounters, aimed to meet the entire local team and to get to know the systems as well as the workstation which will be assigned to the new trainee or associate.
  • Continual monitoring:
an efficient organization requires continual monitoring; very regular face to face meetings combined with the tools of the collaborative platform allow real guidance.
  • Periodic evaluations:
at least two times per year an evaluation and career orientation interview will be held with the  trainees and associates.
  • Attractive remuneration:
the remuneration consists of a monthly fixed amount, in consideration of a minimum of billable hours, increased with an end of year bonus, if justified by meeting the targets.
