Eric Boigelot graduated magna cum laude from the University of Brussels (Université Libre de Bruxelles) and obtained an additional master in economic law. He has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 1982 and the Geneva Bar since 2002.

  • he teaches "Conférence au Mastère en gestion fiscale" at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management since 1993;

  • he is a professor in the professional training course for lawyers, organized by the Brussels Bar since 1994;

  • he was a teaching assistant in civil procedure at the University of Brussels (Université Libre de Bruxelles) from 1992 until 2008.

scientific activities:

  • he was a speaker at several scientific colloquia, study days and seminars;

  • he is the author of several publications in tax law, in particular "Fiscalité des cadres et dirigeants d'entreprises", published by Larcier (529p.)
